Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and shipping method selected.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order information, such as the shipping address, product selection, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.


Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws or carrier limitations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped to certain locations.
